Location: Remote/Working from Home (some on-site work in Dubai, Meydan / Al Barari area)
Contract type: Full-time, freelance
Salary: 50K to 80K USD (based on qualifications and experience) + Performance Bonus

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience: Proven experience directing and working with high-level talent, and a track record of creating engaging, high-quality video content.
Post-Production Skills: Proficiency in video editing, sound mixing, sound design, EQ, and noise reduction.
Experience with multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve.
Social Media Expertise: Experience in creating and editing video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Attention to Detail: Strong quality control, media management, and organizational skills.
Communication Skills: Stellar verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Education: A formal education in television, film, radio, sound, or new media is preferred but not essential.
Flexibility & Agility: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.

ROLE SUMMARY:

You are a highly skilled and resilient Videographer, Video Editor, and Producer who has a deep technical understanding of studio based and run and gun setups. You have a blend of world class creative vision, a master of the spoken word for video and audio production, and excellent on camera skills yourself, combined with the ability to deliver high-quality footage and editing for rapid iteration. You will create engaging videos for organic social, paid ads, and business content like Video Sales Letters, Funnel assets, course materials, and live streaming.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation: Develop compelling multimedia content (audio/video) aligned with the company’s messaging and objectives.
Platform Management: Produce content for various channels including YouTube, Video Sales Letters (VSLs), Ads, and short-form social content.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand content requests and ensure deadlines are met.
Time Management: Manage your tasks independently while maintaining excellent communication and availability for daily operations.
Video Production: Regularly work with large video formats (4k-6k), following established workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality Control: Ensure high standards of quality in every aspect of video production, from editing to final delivery.
Post-Production: Handle video editing, including titles, music/SFX, motion graphics, and formatting for various delivery platforms.
