About the role
Reporting to the Director of Threat Intelligence, the Senior Vulnerability Management Specialist would be involved in leading the vulnerability management program at ATB. This role requires a detailed oriented person with excellent communications skills and strong technical skills. As a senior Security Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support, enhance, and maintain our vulnerability management program. A Key responsibility of the role will be to build and maintain a program for vulnerability management that crosses cloud, on prem, ERP and application development functions.
Accountabilities
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals of all levels of a large organization in-person or remotely.
- Overseeing the Vulnerability Management program
- Must have experience with red team, blue team and purple team activities
- Must have experience with penetration testing for both application and infrastructure
- Must have experience with both SAST and DAST testing, reporting and remediation
- Overseeing the Situational Awareness Program
- Ability to mentor more junior members of the team
Skills, experience & requirements
- 10 years experience required
- Expert knowledge of vulnerability and asset management security concepts
- Preference applied to those that have CISSP or CISM certification
- Ability to work well in a team environment not just within the immediate team but across functional areas to embody the ONEATB trait
- Ability to prioritize work with competing priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication, Able to quickly translate complex technical information into common language for Stakeholders and Team Members.
- Dynamic individual with team player qualities: integrity, accountability, adaptability and motivation.
