ABOUT THE ROLE

Our award-winning Food and Beverage Team have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Rang to join them in creating magical memories for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity based within our Conferencing and Events Team where we cater for both internal and external events.
As a Chef de Rang, you will assist the management team in ensuring that guests are provided with an efficient, courteous, and personalised service at all times, and will serve as a role model to less experienced team members. You will ensure that the department is always ready for service and that associates are fully conversant with the menu available to guests. You will be responsible for setting up the event spaces prior to functions, support management in training and coaching other team members. You will support the management in organizational structure of the department and general tidiness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist our Food and Beverage Management Team in ensuring that all guests are providing with an efficient, courteous, and personalized service.
• Ensuring the department is always ready for service.
