Senior Waitress/Team leader

at  Falla Restaurants

As a Senior Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for supervising the service staff and serving guests in order to maximize guest satisfaction, sales and profitability.
You will also have to efficiently and effectively lead the service and wait staff in the restaurant front of the house, assist the restaurant manager and assistant restaurant manager in leading, directing and motivating the restaurant team and monitor and ensure that staff follow all applicable laws and regulations, especially in regards to food safety and sanitation, discipline and attitude.
In order to be a successful Senior Waiter/Waitress, you should preferably have a high school diploma and at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in similar role within the hospitality industry.
English speaking fluency is a must
Must have fine dine in restaurant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
