POSITION OVERVIEW:

The ideal Senior Warehouse Associate has exceptional attention to detail. Their main focus will be specializing in Tracelink and maintaining a pod, designed to support the repack process. A successful senior associate is punctual and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals.

Essential Duties:

  • Responsible for the picking, packing, and shipping of outbound customer orders.
  • Receive and process inbound shipments from vendors and /or returned orders.
  • Perform inventory tasks such as cycle-counting, replenishment of on-hand inventory, and participation in physical inventory counts as directed by management that adhere to state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain a clean warehouse by the tasks of sweeping, dusting, and trash disposal.
  • Accurately check, receive and store incoming products as needed, including creating POs when necessary.
  • Accurately create batches of repack according to standards of pharmaceutical governing bodies.
  • Accurately create and process-controlled documents such as master sample labels, master batch records, and repacked labels.
  • Create and expedite transfers of repack products to other warehouse locations.
  • Complete manufacturing preparation and production steps as needed.
  • Daily assistance with direction of the re-packaging team and implementation of new goals and SOPs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Training and Experience

  • 2+ years pick/pack/ship experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical experience preferred.

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

  • Knowledge of basic PC skills and ability to type at a reasonable pace.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager preferred.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Moderate physical activity is required. Daily responsibilities may require handling of objects up to 40 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than (4) hours per day. Bending, climbing, crouching and manual dexterity are also required. The majority of the time will be spent in an air-conditioned warehouse/manufacturing facility. Less than 5% of time will be spent outdoors receiving shipments, transferring shipments to the trucks or disposing of garbage.
