Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Deliver exceptional “Wow Service” to clients, resulting in direct referrals.
- Analyze financial information from clients to develop strategies and recommend products that meet their financial objectives.
- Demonstrate confidence and professionalism with clients, prospects, and Centers of Influence (COIs).
- Schedule and conduct client meetings with clear, precise deliverables, both online and in-person.
- Proactively address client needs, managing expectations with team support.
- Exercise discretionary authority in making investment decisions and portfolio management.
- Handle complex client needs with expertise and precision.
- Prepare detailed financial planning deliverables with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to complete all wealth advisory tasks.
- Utilize MoneyGuidePro to develop comprehensive financial plans and recommendations.
- Manage administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining client records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, assisting in compliance report preparation.
- Build and maintain a robust networking group and develop ongoing relationships with new and relevant COIs.
- Actively build relationships with fellow firm professionals and train them on wealth advisory aspects.
- Maintain a social presence in the community through volunteering or joining charitable organizations.
- Keep the team aligned with the firm’s strategic initiatives, creating clear guidelines for timelines and workload management.
- Follow firm processes and procedures for servicing clients and prospecting future clients.
- Supervise and mentor the Associate Wealth Advisor, providing feedback, training, and career guidance.
