WebMarketers is looking to hire a highly skilled website designer to work within our growing Agency.

This position is full-time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS SOME, IF NOT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite
• Experienced in Conversion Optimized design, UI/UX and understanding user psychology
• Experience with brand development, graphic design, type, and modern UI standards
• Experience in wire framing and storytelling with pixels
• Strong verbal/written communication skills to communicate with clients and team members
• Familiarity with the basics HTML, WordPress and Shopify
• Knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing
• Experience managing your own schedule and organizing projects to complete them according to their deadline

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design work and projects
• Motivated and creative by heart
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in web design
• Understand the importance of a user-friendly design
• Exceptional affinity with UX and pixel-perfect designs
• Experience with Figma including its interactive features
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and front-end frameworks is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in web design, graphic design, or a related field

• Work closely with our director of design to meet client specifications by adhering to modern UI/UX design standards
• Design and implement webpage layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and mockups
• Ensure design consistency and compatibility across various platforms
• Optimized web designs for lead generation or e-commerce sales
• Create and design digital graphics, marketing materials, and other visual content
• Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and provide creative solutions
• Stylescape/Mood board creation
