THE ROLE

As a Senior Webflow Developer at Growmodo, your mission is to lead and execute our most complex Webflow projects, ensuring they are optimized for search engine performance and user engagement. You’ll use your expertise in Webflow, SEO, and Google Analytics to deliver high-impact web experiences that drive results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Webflow Projects: Oversee and direct complex Webflow projects, ensuring they meet high standards and are optimized for SEO and user experience.
• Innovative Design: Design responsive websites using Webflow, integrating custom codes, APIs, and SEO best practices to enhance search engine ranking and user engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing before launch, monitor post-launch performance using Google Analytics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize SEO and user experience.
• Project Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans, coordinate with marketing and content teams, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, with a focus on upskilling in SEO and analytics-driven website optimization.
