$84,000.00 - $179,200.00

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Desired Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience (brokerage, trading, compliance, risk)
  • 2+ years of Agile experience
  • Tracking tools for user stories, UAT or backlogs, such as Confluence or JIRA
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Problem solver and self-directed with ability to accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
  • Supported Scrum ceremonies and worked with back-end administrative tools (i.e. JIRA)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Partnered with product owners and LOBs in a matrix environment
  • Partnered with Legal, Risk & Compliance team members for policy, content, process review, escalation & resolution
  • MS Office suite of tools (i.e. PPT, Excel, OneNote, etc.) to analyze internal and external feedback, identifying trends & opportunities for enhancements
  • Licenses (Series 6 or 7

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is actively seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner/Manager to help lead a Client Facing Trading & Research Agile team for Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) clients. This team is responsible for managing the core online experience for our advised and self-service clients to make managing their investments easy and intuitive. This individual will be a key contributor in delivering on the strategic vision related to the Self-Directed Trading experience.   • Draft business product requirements, collaborating with experience design and ADA partners when creating or updating front-end client experience content
