Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Senior WordPress developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing fast, efficient, and scalable WordPress themes and plugins. You will play a critical role in the full development cycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our WordPress sites.
TO APPLY YOU MUST HAVE 3 - 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN:
- WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5.x.x.
- Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and creating ACF Blocks.
- Solid experience with JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., jQuery).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Version control using Git.Experience working with Figma as the design to create reusable front end components
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins using PHP / HTML / CSS / JS.
- Hand-code responsive HTML5/CSS3 with Bootstrap 5.x.x for front end development.
- Implement custom JavaScript and jQuery solutions.
- Create ACF Blocks for flexible content layouts.
- Optimise WordPress sites for speed and performance, including caching strategies.
- Collaborate with designers to translate designs into WordPress themes.
