REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
  • 4 - 6+ years of hands-on functional Workday HCM experience
  • 10+ years HCM software experience required
  • Workday HCM certifications required, multiple highly desired
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated functional experience in HCM, Talent, Learning and Payroll Management
  • Fluent Dutch and English

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Workday HCM Senior Manager, you will “bridge the gap” between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. You will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a Workday HCM expert and lead architect with deep knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation focusing on HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Talent, and related areas
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the client’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project
  • Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday solution
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, the project team, and the Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project
  • Willingness and ability to take a leadership position on a project
  • Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments
  • Actively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
