Description:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of how poor housing and potential homelessness can impact on someone’s ability to manage their alcohol and substance use.
They will understand and have experience of safeguarding and risk management, recovery planning, therapeutic interventions that support people to address their alcohol and drug use, housing pathways and solutions. They will need to be confident in their abilities to achieve excellent outcomes, be self-motivated as well as having the skill to motivate.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Housing Worker, the successful applicant will be experienced in managing a caseload of clients and a team of FIT housing workers.
As a member of the team, based at one of our hubs, you will be at the forefront of Forward Leeds drug and alcohol service. Your role will be to work with people who identify as having problems with drugs and/or alcohol, as well as housing related issues.
