Join Our Team as a Trauma-Informed Senior Youth Support Worker!
Location: Calverton, Nottinghamshire
Salary : £27,758 - £30,275 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential between £30,275 - £33,992 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum).
Shift Pattern: Earlies/Late/Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule

Pay: £27,758.00-£31,502.00 per year

Responsibilities:

Build positive, nurturing relationships with young people, helping them navigate complex emotions and behaviours.
Assist with daily routines, medication administration, and ensure the well-being of each young person.
Organize and participate in recreational activities that foster a supportive atmosphere and promote healing.
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and the best outcomes for the young people you support.
