KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Business Success: Apply appropriate sensory methods to support the business.

• Oversee Sensory Panel Activities: Manage and oversee internal sensory panel activities.

• Innovation: Support the development of innovative food solutions and the current product portfolio.
• Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gorinchem Sensory Facility.
• Execute Sensory Studies: Conduct sensory panel studies as per the guidance from the Sensory Program Leader, including sample preparation, scheduling, panel moderation, and sensory lab maintenance.
• Collaborative Design and Implementation: Work with the Sensory team to lead and support the design and implementation of all phases of sensory testing.
• Risk Management: Ensure all samples are food-safe for sensory testing, managing food safety risks both internally and externally
