We are currently seeking an experienced Sentinel Coordinator to join our P&C team in Colchester on a hybrid working model.
Our team consists of a strong team of 4 which includes the People and Culture Director, People and Culture Operations Manager, People and Culture Consultant and our Talent Acquisition Partner.
As our Sentinel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce, ensuring they are compliant, engaged, and well-trained. The Sentinel Coordinator will embed within a supportive culture, this role is about fostering a seamless and positive experience for our colleagues throughout their career with us.
