SEO AND DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST

We’re hiring an experienced SEO and digital marketing professional to join our growing team.
Cubicle Fugitive seeks a skilled and talented SEO and digital marketing professional who thrives on delivering exceptional results and continuously raising the bar. You will be an instrumental part of our team, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients on various projects, including search engine optimization (SEO) management and execution, digital advertising campaign set-up and management (PPC, digital, and social media advertising), website strategy and analysis, reporting, and more.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing and Client Success to develop SEO strategies, digital advertising, and social media campaigns that align with client goals.
  • Work closely with the brand and communications team to inform content strategies that satisfy business needs and long-tail search queries.
  • Advise the marketing and website strategy team on on-page SEO updates, backlinking, and other off-page SEO efforts to improve visibility and engagement.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Manage clients’ SEO, including keyword research, ranking improvements, click rate optimization, and backlink strategies.
  • Work with the technology and development team to identify and resolve crawl errors, sitemaps, site speed issues, and other technical SEO challenges.
  • Leverage tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager to monitor website health, track events and conversions, and provide data-driven recommendations.

Paid Digital Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across display, social, and video platforms, ensuring alignment with client marketing goals.
  • Optimize keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, landing pages, and URLs to maximize lead quality and website traffic.
  • Monitor and refine campaign performance to enhance ROI, using data-driven insights to adjust tactics as needed.

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze user journeys across multiple channels to develop strategic, full-funnel marketing plans that drive inquiries, meetings, and event attendance.
  • Write concise, comprehensive reports on SEO and digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights and annual strategic plans with SMART KPIs.
  • Stay ahead of AI, SEO, and digital marketing trends, recommending strategy updates and new opportunities for business growth and brand awareness.

Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Provide responsive, service-oriented support to clients and internal teams, fostering strong relationships through direct communication and strategic guidance.
