Role title: SEO Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

KEY SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or SEO is a must have.
  • Saas or Fintech experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will support our digital marketing efforts by optimising our website and online content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for SEO and digital marketing, looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for our industry.
  • Optimise website content, including landing pages, blogs, and product descriptions, for search engines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
  • Assist in competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
