As an Senior Lead at Fox Group, you will play a critical leadership role in developing, driving, and optimizing a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals. You’ll lead efforts to increase organic search visibility, drive quality traffic, and generate substantial revenue growth across our digital channels. Working as a senior member of the marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, customer success, product, and technology—to ensure our SEO strategy supports and propels business objectives. You will:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of strategic SEO initiatives across all digital properties.
  • Provide strategic insights through in-depth keyword research, market and competitor analysis to drive content and optimization efforts.
  • Conduct advanced SEO audits to identify and address on-page, off-page, and technical SEO opportunities, ensuring industry-leading best practices.
  • Oversee and report on SEO performance metrics, including traffic, conversion trends, and keyword rankings, leveraging data to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Partner with tech, design, and content teams to ensure a seamless integration of SEO principles, enhancing both user experience and search engine visibility.
  • Stay at the forefront of SEO industry developments, algorithm changes, and digital trends, continuously evolving the strategy to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Manage and leverage SEO tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, to inform strategy and measure effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO management, with a proven track record in a leadership role, demonstrating strategic impact on business outcomes.
  • Expertise in advanced SEO methodologies, analytics, and the latest tools and algorithmic updates.
  • Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills, with a deep understanding of data-driven SEO analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex SEO concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, with the ability to drive results independently and as a collaborative leader.
