SEO MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive efficient organic growth across our websites. We are an early-stage business, and you will be working in an agile environment within the Growth team, working alongside teams such as marketing, data analytics, CX and design, with plenty of opportunities to build your skills, drive key initiatives and make an impact.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in SEO strategy implementation, either in-house or via an agency, with a proven track record of delivering business growth.
  • Technical SEO expertise, preferably within an agile team environment, with the ability to brief technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g.Botify, SEMrush, Ahrefs, PiDatametrics) and web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with large data analysis across multiple tools and/or data sets is preferred but not essential (Tableau, Looker)
  • Analytical and curious mindset with an aptitude to delve into data to identify trends and growth opportunities, experienced in testing

Responsibilities:

  • Own the SEO strategy and channel performance for our collection of websites
  • Support the Marketing and Content teams with competitive analysis and insights to drive future strategy
  • Set and achieve business growth targets for the SEO channel and develop tests to improve performance and customer experience
  • Work closely with our Performance Media teams to ensure an integrated search strategy
  • Manage a suite of SEO tools to monitor and report on channel performance
  • Partner with Product Development, Marketing and Engineering to provide SEO requirements and manage SEO initiatives end-to-end.
  • Manage App Store Optimisation through Google Play and iOS App Store platforms and deploy tests to drive measurable growth
