We’ve built all of our technology in house including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology etc. Winona has two compounding pharmacies and a team of in house physicians providing world-class care via a fully vertically integrated business model.

KEY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Extensive experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others).
  • Proficiency in content optimization and link-building strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Ability to train and guide in-house content creators, link builders, and SEO specialists.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar SEO-focused role
  • Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Excellent knowledge of current SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts.
  • Experience with Looker Studio for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Outstanding communication and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and experienced full-time remote SEO Manager to join our dynamic team at Winona, a telehealth platform specializing in menopause care. As our SEO Manager, you will develop and implement effective search engine optimization strategies to drive organic growth, improve our online visibility, and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor in-house link builders and SEO specialists
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, keyword-rich, and linkable content.
  • Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link-building initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
  • Work with web development teams to address technical SEO issues.
  • Coordinate with social media and PPC teams to optimize overall digital marketing efforts.
