We are currently looking for an SEO Senior Specialist in Krakow, Poland.
In this role you will support markets with the localization and deployment of our global SEO strategy. You will identify local growth opportunities, address market difficulties, and ensure the seamless execution of SEO initiatives. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive regional SEO awareness, optimize digital presence, and ensure compliance with global standards.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support markets with the localisation and deployment of global SEO strategy, identifying local growth opportunities, feeding back to SEO strategy and operations teams markets pain-points.
  • Deploy the global SEO strategy by collaborating with markets, plan and coordinate key activities required for the execution and localization of global strategy, including product launches, global initiatives, content, and technical enhancements.
  • Manage communication and engagement for all SEO activities to drive regional SEO awareness, toolbox adoption and overall adherence to global channel strategy.
  • Carry out market audits to find opportunities, challenges, and roadblocks, assisting markets with prioritization (based on Return On Investment).
  • Provide market feedback to strategy and operations teams and to help improving services to markets.
  • Ensure channel initiatives quality execution in markets and communicate market channel performance to business partners including channel strategy and operations.
  • Provide markets with compliance guidance for SEO campaigns ensuring they adhere to channel requirements and global standards including PMI marketing code, brand guidelines, link building legal framework, best practice Google guidelines.
  • Optimize markets digital presence on 3rd parties online, supporting the expansion of new marketplaces to improve visibility.
  • Deliver case studies and channel training to markets.
