Description:
KEY OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Operationalizing services for assigned clients
- Assisting with the establishment of new customer accounts on the local, regional and national level, as well as account management
- Quoting and Reporting on projects and services
- Providing details related to service delivery of program and services delivered
- Marketing of key lines of business including Employer Services & Occupational Health Services
- Coordination of Health and Wellness Programming for existing and new customers
- Facilitating the delivery of services to assigned customer accounts either as the service coordinator
- Creating and/or performing quality assurance checks on customer account service reports as required
- Renew, Upsell and Develop wellness needs based on clients requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a special proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Dynamics 365 knowledge or other CRMs knowledge is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer systems
- Team player, effective communicator and active listener
- Strong customer service orientation
- Adaptable and flexible
- Knowledge and or experience in the health care industry is an asset
- Attention to detail and problem solving
- Occasional travel may be required. Must have a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle as needed
