Description:

KEY OUTCOMES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Operationalizing services for assigned clients
  • Assisting with the establishment of new customer accounts on the local, regional and national level, as well as account management
  • Quoting and Reporting on projects and services
  • Providing details related to service delivery of program and services delivered
  • Marketing of key lines of business including Employer Services & Occupational Health Services
  • Coordination of Health and Wellness Programming for existing and new customers
  • Facilitating the delivery of services to assigned customer accounts either as the service coordinator
  • Creating and/or performing quality assurance checks on customer account service reports as required
  • Renew, Upsell and Develop wellness needs based on clients requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with a special proficiency in Excel and Power Point
  • Dynamics 365 knowledge or other CRMs knowledge is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new computer systems
  • Team player, effective communicator and active listener
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Knowledge and or experience in the health care industry is an asset
  • Attention to detail and problem solving
  • Occasional travel may be required. Must have a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle as needed
