THIS ADVERT IS FOR OFFICERS LOOKING TO TRANSFER FROM OTHER FORCES AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR INTERNAL CLEVELAND POLICE OFFICERS.

Cleveland Police are embarking on a process to select officers wishing to become Sergeants. The Force will be seeking applications from suitably qualified substantive Constables seeking promotion to the next rank.

Candidates will need to show:

To be eligible to transfer to Cleveland Police for this opportunity, you must be a substantive Constable, having passed NPPF 4/OSPRE, wishing to progress to Sergeant, transferring from a Home Office Force.

You will retain your:

• Previous service and current levels of pay (excluding force specific benefits i.e. London Weighting)
• Annual leave entitlement, as long as there is no break in service
• Your current pension arrangement
