We are currently recruiting Serious Injury Solicitors/Legal Executives 1-5 yrs PQE to join our growing firm, working flexibly from home and our locally serviced office in Warwick, and also covering the Birmingham and Oxford area, who would handle a Personal Injury caseload of multi-track cases and to assist more senior fee earners with high value/ catastrophic injury cases.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage own caseload of multi-track cases and lower value cases as required.
- Assist more senior fee earners with high value/catastrophic injury cases.
- Delegate tasks, supervise work and provide constructive feedback where appropriate to paralegals and trainees.
- Consider all aspects of the case management system and initiate and suggest improvements to current procedures.
- Proactively resolve and negotiate solutions to clients’ issues.
- Participate in Business Development activities and help build the firm’s reputation in the external marketplace.
- Build and develop professional networks and relationships in the local region.
Skills:
- Good working knowledge of Personal Injury law and claimant experience.
- Fast-track and Multi-track experience.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in using a case management system.
- Flexible to work across CFG offices and travel within the UK as required.
- Ability to build professional networks and develop relationships externally.
- Experience in Business Development (desirable).
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor status or equivalent
- Full driving licence and own car
