We delighted to be in the position to recruit for a Paralegal to join our specialist cycling injury team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in gaining substantive experience assisting an experienced senior solicitor in the progression of their caseload.
You will be working within a passionate team that deals with serious injuries including litigated cases, mostly cycling related, assisting a senior solicitor in the substantive progress of serious injury cases, both pre and post issue. You will be involved in drafting statements, investigating financial losses and drafting schedules of loss, reviewing medical records, drafting chronologies, Court bundles, drafting instructions to counsel and note taking in conference.
