JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable dining experience from start to finish. You will take orders efficiently, serve high quality food and beverages, and attend to guests’ needs with professionalism and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will take initiative, possess excellent communication skills alongside a positive attitude, and have a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival
• Make genuine conversation with our guests whilst efficiently following our ‘service steps’
• Take accurate food and drinks orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
• Have good knowledge of our food and drinks menus to make appropriate recommendations to guests based on their preferences
• Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or requests
• Perform quality checks on food and drink before serving it to guests
• Collaborate with the team in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests
• Handle payments in accordance with company standards
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, tidy, and complies with our high standards to maintain a welcoming dining environment
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Have a working knowledge of our health and safety procedures
• Help open and close the business, following our procedures, and setting the team up for the next service
