QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is required.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and dining etiquette.
• A polished, professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Confidence, a strong sense of priorities and capacity of adaptation are crucial.
• Attention to detail and commitment to hospitality excellence.
• Must be a team player with a proactive, guest-focused approach.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Familiarity with POS systems (lightspeed) and basic cash handling.
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Provide a refined and welcoming dining experience by ensuring high standards of service, attentiveness, and professionalism.
• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer expert guidance on food and wine pairings, including regional Italian dishes and ingredients.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, accommodating special requests and dietary restrictions with care.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and precise service.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the menu, daily specials, wine list, and Italian culinary traditions to enhance the guest experience.
• Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring table settings meet fine dining standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with grace, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and compliant workspace.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently while ensuring a seamless conclusion to the dining experience.
