Description:
Les Intérieurs Mobilia Inc., un chef de file en ameublement contemporain, est à la recherche d’un (e) Agent (e) Service à la clientèle - Livraison qui pourra se joindre à notre équipe.
Sous la supervision du directeur de l’expérience client, l’agent(e) service à la clientèle - livraison doit communiquer avec les clients pour expliquer le processus de livraison, réserver la date de livraison en fonction de la disponibilité des camions dans la région et traiter le paiement, au besoin, de tous soldes monétaires impayés sur les factures des clients.

Mobilia Interiors Inc., a leader in contemporary home furnishings, is looking for a Customer Service - Delivery agent, to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Customer service - delivery agent must communicate with customers to explain the delivery process, book the delivery date based on truck availability in the region, and collect when required outstanding monetary balances on clients’ invoices.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Customer oriented and a background in call center or customer service operations within a home delivery environment in the retail industry.
- Excellent knowledge of the Quebec and Ottawa regions and surrounding region(s) with experience in home delivery route creation in the Descartes transportation management system (an asset).
- Excellent communications skills: written and spoken
- Excellent problem solving skills, ability to multitask in a high energy environment
- Knowledge of furniture products and assembly (an asset)
- Knowledge of GERS/Red Prairie/JDA, Descartes TMS (or similar systems) and Office suite of products (an asset).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure complete and precise comments pertaining to the client’s delivery experience are entered into Mobilia’s POS system for each delivery.
- Ensure that daily objectives given by the Director of Customer Experience are achieved and provide for explanation when they are not
- Ensure that communication with customer is done in Mobilia’s standards at all time
- Ensure that all delivery invoices are finalized daily and closed following a successful delivery completion.
- Provide support to drivers who encounter difficult situations in the customer home, resolving such events in a diplomatic manner and ensuring a positive client experience.
- Prepare home delivery truck routes in the Descartes TMS in a cost effective manner while attempting to accommodate customer preferences (as much as possible) for a specific delivery windows.
