Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team at BMW Gallery. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer status calls and direct to proper advisors/take messages.
- Assist Service Advisors in cashing customers out
- Working with the BDC to respond to any questions or concerns regarding future appointments
- Manage the loaner program and assist with proper distribution
- Assist Service Manager with collecting overdue accounts
- Book appointments through Tekion
- Complete Cash sheets at EOD.
