We are looking for a talented Service Administrator to join our team specializing in Aftermarket Service Operations in Dublin, Ireland
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. This position is onsite.
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:
- Customer Support Experience: While proven experience in aftermarket customer support is preferred, having a strong foundation in customer service principles will help you effectively address customer needs and enhance their experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Powergen Standby and Prime Power sectors, as well as knowledge of electromechanical equipment repair and maintenance, will enable you to provide informed support and solutions.
- Collaborative Mindset: Building strong partnerships and working collaboratively with colleagues will be essential for achieving shared objectives and fostering a positive team environment.
- Effective Communication Skills: The ability to communicate clearly and adapt your message to different audiences will ensure that you meet the unique needs of customers and team members alike, facilitating smoother interactions and problem-solving.
