In this role, the successful candidate must have maturity, experience and professionalism. They must be able to handle a flexible workload, with structured items as well. Working in the dealership environment can be challenging, but also very rewarding and fun.
In this role, the Service Administrator will be responsible for items such as:
- Making outgoing calls to remind of appointments
- Taking incoming calls for appointments, questions, phone transfers etc.
- Calling customers when parts arrive (and maintain special ordered parts lists)
- Follow up calls to ensure our customers are taken care of
- Assist advisors with ordering parts and making appointments
- Make appointments in tire chalet site for install, as well as for tires that are being sent back
- Control online appointment bookings and block out time as needed
- Occasionally close repair orders
- Looking after the courtesy car reservations, general maintenance for the courtesy cars
- Monthly reports for management of opcode usage
The best candidates for the position have experience in an automotive dealership environment and have a back ground in administration.
