We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to take on an exciting opportunity with our team in Adelaide. Our team of specialists deliver great outcomes to our clients for critical industrial automation and control technology across all industry sectors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certificate III in Business Administration desirable or equivalent experience in commercial business and project administration.?
Possesses a sound understanding of the responsibilities of the project execution practices.?

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Service Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Service Department and provide administration support to Service and Term Contracts.? This support includes operational documentation, procurement, service reports, monthly reporting and general administration duties.?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing on call support during business hours
Assist the Service Team in all areas of administrative support, including but not limited to:
Being a key user/operator of the Salesforce/Pronto Management systems.
Establishing new contract agreements within the management system.
Responding to incoming communications via multiple sources
Creating cost tracking projects and budget entry in Pronto Management System
Assisting in management of schedule of rates and price books
Assist the Service Manager in resource coordination activities, including but not limited to:
Maintenance and breakdown job scheduling/dispatch for the national service team within the contractual obligations.
Assess and communicate the status and availability of resources.
Creating cases and managing the timeline of the case
Managing the flow of Work Orders / POs / Invoice
Action project closures, including ensuring commitments and budgets have been cleared from the financial system.
Assisting Accounts Receivable with chasing up payment of invoices and missing purchase orders
Generating standard and customised reports for internal and external reporting.
