Job Description
This is a key role in providing essential service to support the Field Service team with essential administration tasks whilst ensuring compliance is followed. The role requires someone with the ability to multitask, work at a fast pace and execute actions with a high degree of accuracy. Able to work independently on tasks as part of the country Site Services team.
Reporting to the National Service Manager, in this role you will be part of a National team of Field Service Engineers responsible for collecting, compiling, sending and archiving the documentation necessary for the issuance of access and/or work permits at customers’ premises. This includes sensitive documents such as LULs, identity documents as well as training certificates, results of medical examinations, etc. In this role you will collaborate with the Service Manager for the correct archiving of all paper and electronic documentation relating to the department’s activities. Supports office activities for sorting management and activity tracking.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Full proficiency in Administration gained through job related training
• 2 – 3 years’ work experience
• Use of CRM and MRP Systems (Windows CE / AX etc)
• Able to use MS programmers (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English
