Description:
- Established Automotive Industry
- Basic up to $3,500 + OT + Bonus
- Working location: East Area
- Working days - Mon – Fri, Office Hours + Alt Sat (Half Day)

Job Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries regarding service outcomes, schedule appointments, and coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Offer customers valuable advice on warranty coverage and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Supervise and coordinate the workflow and schedule of the dealership
- Contact customers to inform them about any service changes or updated car pick-up times
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Possess Nitec and above qualification
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the automotive service industry.
- Customer service orientated with good listening skills
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license
