Due to growth they are looking for a Service Advisor to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers for the service department and updating customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Explain service options and process.
- Communicate with colleagues to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
- Order parts where applicable.
- Update customer database as required and complete all relevant paperwork.
- Follow manufacturer and dealership warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
- Effectively booking customers vehicle services in via email, phone or face-to-face.
- Preparing Repair Order and Job Sheets in preparation of customer requests to be executed through the workshop for prompt invoicing.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor will be highly regarded.
- The ability to explain the value of services and repairs.
- The ability to work cooperatively in a team and autonomously within a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine care for external, and internal customers and the ability to de-escalate unhappy customers.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong computer and literacy skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
- A high level of personal presentation is essential.
