The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor for our Cam Clark Ford location in Red Deer, AB.

In the position of Service Advisor, reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the critical link between our customers and the shop, listening to customer concerns, assessing their needs as well as keeping them informed on the progress of their repair.

Responsibilities:
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
- Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-up customers.
- Translating customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ordering necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians.
- Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
- Invoicing and collecting payments from customers for services rendered.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.
- Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:
- A valid Driver’s Licence and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred however, we are willing to train the right individual.
- DMS experience, specifically PBS is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills, and time management.
- Strong computer skills.
