WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Full manual driving licence is required
- Previous experience working within an automotive service department
- A good listener, patient, with outstanding communication skills
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
- Be committed, dedicated, able to work independently, multitask, and achieve deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Service Advisors arrange for customers’ vehicles to be booked in for services of repairs
- Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards
- Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department
- Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.
