We are currently seeking a professional Service Advisor to join our service team at Sunset Kia of Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships.

SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS
- Experience advising auto service customers preferred, but not required.
- X-Time Inspect and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite experience helpful.
- Must have proven customer service skills.
- Good automotive knowledge and background preferred.
- Computer/tablet knowledge and experience required
- Successful candidate must have a valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:
- As the first point of contact for service customers, show outstanding customer service.
- Use active listening to engage and understand the customer’s vehicle issues and concerns.
- Create repair order and communicate vehicle needs clearly to technician.
- Communicate vehicle diagnoses and maintenance needs to customer. Advise and sell needed work.
- Follow up on vehicles throughout the repair process, keeping customer updated.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians in a professional manner at all times.
