At Foothills Group, we’re looking for a highly motivated and driven Service Advisor to join our fast-paced heavy-duty truck and equipment repair shop. If you have service advisor experience, a mechanical background, and a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you!

• Be the First Point of Contact – Answer calls, greet customers, and gather important details.
• Create & Manage Work Orders – Build accurate service quotes and communicate them effectively.
• Set & Meet Customer Expectations – Schedule repairs, track progress, and keep customers updated.
• Drive Sales & Customer Satisfaction – Close service sales while building long-term client relationships.
• Coordinate Repairs & Logistics – Maintain efficient workflow, schedule technicians, and optimize bay utilization.
• Keep Things Organized – Maintain a clean, professional workspace and track key performance goals.
• Complete and Send Invoices – Ensure seamless transaction processes.
