Description:
Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Review completed repair order
- Process customer payments
- Ensure all daily transaction paperwork is completed including repair orders
- Generate and monitor the daily run sheets
- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships including delivering on promises
- Arrange and own the service loan vehicle process for customers
- Coordinate service bookings
- Ensure the service centre & parts display areas are presentable at all times
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DISPLAY:
- Previous experience and demonstrated success in a Service Advisor role
- Experience with leading a small team
- Highly developed customer service skills including ability to confidently resolve conflict
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Well organised and efficient with high attention to detail
- A high level of professionalism
- Current Driver’s licence and clean driving record
