About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Mazda team on a full-time basis.
As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge and working in a team environment with excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for our customers, determining their requirements
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quoting repair jobs and liaising with customers to ensure they receive the best possible customer service experience
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers’ CSI targets
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Sound automotive technical knowledge
- Punctual and reliable
- Professional attitude and well-organised
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated care and attention to detail
- Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements
