About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Mazda team on a full-time basis.
As a Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge and working in a team environment with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for our customers, determining their requirements
  • Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
  • Quoting repair jobs and liaising with customers to ensure they receive the best possible customer service experience
  • Meeting and exceeding manufacturers’ CSI targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Sound automotive technical knowledge
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Professional attitude and well-organised
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated care and attention to detail
  • Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements
