ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Advisor with exceptional customer service skills to join our team at the Mercedes-Benz Service Centre in Artarmon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced promptly and efficiently.
• Liaise effectively with the workshop and parts departments.
• Achieve and surpass manufacturer CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) targets.
• Provide customers with an outstanding service experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department.
• Excellent communication, numeracy, and customer service skills.
• Ability to provide accurate repair quotes and communicate effectively with customers.
• Solid automotive technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with ERA-Power DMS is preferred but not essential.
• Punctual and reliable, with a professional appearance and demeanour.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Demonstrated care and attention to detail.
