PAG Direct is looking to hire a full-time Service Advisor-Night Shift to join the Richmond Hill Toyota team!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver’s License with recent drivers abstract
• Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reynolds experience is an asset

EXPERIENCE:

• Automotive Service Advisor: 1-3 years (preferred)
• Dealership: 1 year (Preferred)
• Reynolds and Reynolds: 1 year (Preferred)

• Well-rounded background in customer service.
• Have a “Customer first” and “Fix it right the first time” mentality.
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to work with customers to understand their needs.
• Confident in their approach with customers to negotiate win-win.
• Sustains a high attention to details and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect.
