Luxury automotive dealership looking for top performing Service Advisor.
As a Service Advisor, you will be empowered to own our customer’s experience in the service lane. Advisors are the first point of contact with our customers and must be experts in product offerings, inventory needs and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the service lane to explaining the repair process and closing the repair order. Our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others and love the Porsche brand. Experienced advisors with verifiable history are preferred, but individuals who are new to the automotive industry with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality are encouraged to apply.
