Description:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, mental health, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (or ability to complete through our training).
  • Driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW.
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency for ongoing roles.

Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

As a Services and Programs Officer, you will:

  • Lead the delivery of group-based programs that address the underlying causes of offending.
  • Provide tailored support through assessments, case planning, and pre-release preparation.
  • Collaborate with individuals under supervision, families, and external agencies to build pathways for reintegration and success.
  • Resolve critical situations with expertise and care, offering guidance and referrals where needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will:
