Our Client large IT Services Company is currently looking for a Service Catalogue Designer for a Contract Opportunity.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the Service Catalogue Designer entails overseeing the creation, delivery, and upkeep of service catalogues. It is the responsibility of the Service Catalogue Designer to ensure that the service catalogue presented to clients accurately. Accountable for collaborating with the Product department and Sales and Transitions team to promote reuse of existing catalogue.
The purpose of Service Catalogue Designer is to provide oversight and governance in the provision of

catalogue services.

• All Service Catalogue Management activities should be implemented in full, operated as implemented and measured and improved as necessary.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira and intermediate/advanced Excel skill sets required to perform roles.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Defining and maintaining the overall Service Catalogue structure including tool and interfacing requirements
• Developing and publishing templates for service data recording
• Developing and managing wireframes for product constructs and build requirements
• Collaboration with Service Owners to ensure correctness and completeness of data recorded in the Service Catalogue
• Maintaining Service Catalogue data, including the addition of new and removal of retired services
• Ensuring adequate protection and backup of Service
• Catalogue information
• UAT testing
