JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a competent and organized individual to join our team as a Service Center Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. They will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction levels and helping to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  7. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures is a plus
  8. Experience in the automotive industry or service center environment is preferred

Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  2. Schedule appointments for service and maintenance requests
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Coordinate with technicians and service personnel to ensure timely completion of work orders
  5. Process invoices and payments for services rendered
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
  7. Assist with updating and maintaining customer databases
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  9. Provide administrative support to the service center manager and team as needed
