Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a competent and organized individual to join our team as a Service Center Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service center and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. They will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction levels and helping to achieve the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry or service center environment is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Schedule appointments for service and maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Coordinate with technicians and service personnel to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Process invoices and payments for services rendered
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies
- Assist with updating and maintaining customer databases
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide administrative support to the service center manager and team as needed
