Job Description
Planning the service center activities in order to
- Progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders,
- Safeguard job priority, contractual obligations & customer expectations,
- Create an excellent customer experience.
Runing of SC stores
- Stock control
- Dispatch of goods
- Receiving of goods
- Following up on stock orders
- Stock control of consumables
Tool control
- Certification and calibration
- Inspection of all tools.
- Arranging servicing of tools
Purchasing
- Generating of Service Center PO
- Reviewing of Service Center suppliers
Service Center Admin
- Technician timesheet capturing
Education Qualification –
- Required 4 Years of relevant experience in the same field
- Degree / Diploma in Logistic Management
