Description:
Our Service Center Representative deliver exceptional service while assisting members with their financial needs. We are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, math aptitude, and keyboarding skills. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year related financial or customer services experience or degree in related field
- Professional phone etiquette
- The ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making
- Capability to work within deadline timeframes
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills
- Display a high level of professionalism
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Willingness to learn new processes to grow
JOB SUMMARY:
- Debit Cards: reissue/ questions/ disputes
- Update account cards
- Home banking – set up / reset passwords
- Process address change
- IRA’s – Assist / withdrawals
- Assist members with account questions / transfers / balancing
- Assist members with fraud transactions
- Process outgoing wire transfers
- Assist with business accounts/ club accounts/ trust accounts/ temp accounts
- Place check orders
- Sell Cashier checks
- Process Mastercard and Visa cash advances
- Provides exceptional member service when answering inquiries and resolving members concerns
Classification: Non-Exempt
Location: Administration (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of:
Monday through Thursday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
Fridays 8:15AM to 5:15PM or 9:15AM to 6:15PM
Rotating Saturdays 6:45AM to 10:15A
