Responsibilities:
- Checking electricity recharges against tenancy schedule and meter read schedule, processing on the system and issuing to tenants and client where necessary
- Updating electricity recharge tracker and ensuring that admin fees are raised
- Assist in setting up service charge reconciliation templates in preparation for year-end review
- Sending out Transaction and BvA to Property Managers and FM for the preparation of budgets
- Monitoring and updating budget tracker and chasing up for any outstanding budgets
- Uploading budgets to the system and sending out draft charge raise reports to Property Managers for approval
- Regular checking of property service charge funds
- Complete cash reconciliations on a timely basis
- Preparing monthly service charge cash reconciliations and liaising with Service Charge Accountants on any issues
- Liaise with Property Managers, Service Charge Accountants, and tenants where necessar
